About these terms

This website is operated by Soar Home Service LLC ("Soar Home Service", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site or submit an enquiry.

We may change these terms. The date above shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.

What we do

We are a marketing and lead-generation company working with home service businesses — trades such as HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, pest control, landscaping and cleaning. We build and run marketing systems: lead follow-up, missed-call text-back, review generation, paid advertising, and websites.

We are not a home services contractor. We do not perform HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical or any other trade work, and we are not a licensed contractor. If you are a homeowner looking for a tradesperson, we are not the right company and cannot help you.

We are not an employer, staffing agency, or recruiter, and nothing on this site is an offer of employment.

No guarantee of results

Any figures, case studies, testimonials or examples shown on this site reflect the actual documented experience of those specific clients. They are not typical, not averages, and not a promise of what you will achieve. Client results vary, and yours will differ.

Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, tax or business advice, and nothing here is an offer or guarantee of income.

Where a guarantee does apply

We do sometimes offer a performance guarantee to a particular client. Where we do:

• It exists only where it is written into a signed services agreement between us and that client.
• Its full terms — who qualifies, what is measured, over what period, and what the remedy is — are set out in that agreement, and that agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the guarantee.
• It applies to that client alone. It does not extend to anyone else, and it is not a standing offer.

No guarantee is offered by this website. Nothing on this site, in our advertising, in an enquiry form, on a discovery call, or in any conversation before a signed agreement creates a guarantee or any binding commitment as to results. If a guarantee has not been written into an agreement you have signed, you do not have one.

Enquiries, calls and scheduling

The enquiry form and the initial call are free and carry no obligation on either side. Booking a call does not create a contract for services.

• Give us accurate information. We rely on what you tell us to decide whether we can help.
• We may decline to work with any business, for any lawful reason.
• If you cannot make a booked call, cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation. Repeated no-shows may mean we decline to rebook.
• Calls may be recorded for quality and training. We will tell you at the start of the call and you can ask us not to.

Any engagement beyond the initial call will be governed by a separate written services agreement. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, the services agreement wins.

Messaging and contact consent

By giving us your phone number and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to us contacting you by phone, email and text message about your enquiry and your booking.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false information, or someone else's details without their permission
• Use the site unlawfully, or to send spam or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it
• Scrape, copy or republish the site's content or design without permission
• Book calls in bad faith, including for the purpose of selling to us

Intellectual property

The content, design, copy and branding on this site belong to us or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to it; you may not reproduce or adapt it commercially without our written permission.

Trade names and trademarks of other companies referred to on this site belong to their respective owners, and their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

Third-party services and links

This site relies on third-party services — including Tally for forms, Cal.com for scheduling, and Netlify for hosting — and may link to other sites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and the free initial call are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost business opportunity, arising from your use of this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to the site or a free initial call is limited to USD 100.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of Osceola County, Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you and we both submit to that jurisdiction.

General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continue to apply. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any services agreement, are the entire agreement between us regarding this site.
